Long Weekend to-do list

FT from Notes from the Frugal Trenches has a very impressive blog. Every time I see her weekly to-do lists, it amazes me that she does complete her huge to-do list every week. She is also the person behind my Thankful Tuesdays as well. Thanks very much, FT! You have influenced so many welcoming changes in my life.

I've made a to-do list for this weekend and am posting here for more accountability. Lets see how much I can complete before this long weekend ends on Monday night.

Cleaning
  • Run the dishwasher

  • Organize closets
  • Setup sewing area
Paperwork
  • Send Insurance claims to Manulife
  • Find the life insurance papers and fill it to be ready to send it out to Manulife on Tuesday

  • Prep food for the week
  • Meal plan
  • Sprouts
  • Plan for the spring-summer Community Centre classes
  • 3 phonecalls
  • blogposts - catch up on past blog posts

For Others

  • Donate through Handicare Intl

Shopping
  • Grocery Shop for the week
  • Order the wool mattress - Can't. they have a holiday as well. Got to order on Tuesday! :) done!
  • Books for two lovely little friends and my lovely little one
Reading
  • Finish 'God of Small things'
  • Recipe for making elderberry syrup and tincture
Exercise
  • Walk - twice on treadmill
  • One yoga workout
Cooking
  • Gluten free tortilla – The spunky coconut - Kelly's recipe Or the Glutenfree wholegrain sandwich bread Didn't do this, but did a BIG batch of glutenful rotis ( 50:50 wheat + sprouted multi grain/lentil/bean flour) for DD and froze for later.
  • Pot of soup - with split pea / job's tears
  • Heart shaped cookies to be baked with M for her friends Not heart shaped ones, but we did make some peanut butter cookies after we came back from meeting her friends

  • Talk to Rogers about the internet billing error
  • Credit card balance payment
Fun
  • Meetup with a friend and her two lovely little ones
