Wednesday, Feb 16th

Exercise: 35 mins on treadmill, 10 mins of stretches
Breakfast: Blueberries, walnut, chiameal, dates, molasses smoothie
Snack: Mango - Avocado salad
Lunch: Ate out at a Thai restaurant - Basil fried rice with chicken.
Dinner: Brown rice + brown masoor dal + stirfried beetroot
In retrospect: Got the beetroot shredded once and could use it twice during the week. I love the idea of prepping the veggies in the wknd, esp. if somebody else is doing it. ;)
