Exercise: Yes, 30 mins on treadmill and 10 mins of stretches

Breakfast: smoothie - blueberries, water molasses, chia seeds

Lunch: Brown rice, cilantro thuvaiyal

Dinner Kabilee rice, tandoori kabob from Baamiyan
some deep fried yellow mung lentils

In retrospect:
Good day! And yes, The wait is killing me!!
