Exercise:
40 mins of walking on treadmil + 10 mins of stretches
My knees are hurting again, It's not gluten this time as I havent had gluten since Jan 1rst. I think I pushed myself too far on wednesday by increasing the speed much more than what I usually do. That combined with inclination, were bothering my knees. So today I reduced the speed back and worked out for 40 mins.
Breakfast: Blueberry smoothie with walnuts, chia meal, dates, kelp flakes, molasses
Lunch: Brown masoor dal with brown rice and stir fried beetroot
Snacks: Deep fried mung dal
Dinner: Brown rice + mutton-potato curry + boiled egg
