Breakfast:
- Carrot juice - 1 cup
- Seasoned Brown rice noodles + mushrooms + saute`d shrimp
snack apples
Lunch: Brown rice, egg burji with tomatoes and onions, stirfried cauliflower
snack: coconut icecream (dairy free) + slivered almonds
Dinner steamed and mashed sweet potatoes with salt and pepper! YUM!!
In retrospect:
Good day! Fought the Laundry demons and won, atlast!
