Lunch: Lemonleaf chicken curry with vegetables + Jasmine rice at a Thai-Vietnamese restaurant
Afternoon snack: Gluten free crackers
Dinner: Cold quinoa salad with raw onions, ginger, celery in lemon juice and green chillies dressing + Stirfried garbanzo and red kidney beans (sundal) I kinda mixed both towards the end and loved that combo even better.
In retrospect:
Okay day! Spent most of the day in the Home show and came back drained. I hate going to shows like these.
