Exercise: Walked on treadmill for 40 mins. 10 mins of stretches.
Breakfast: Smoothie - pineapple, blueberries, walnuts, molasses, chia meal, kelp flakes
Lunch: Brown rice + mutton/potato curry + boiled egg
Snacks: Pineapple cubes - a big bowl
Dinner: Brown rice + yellow masoor dal + stirfried brussel sprouts
In retrospect:
GREAT day! Somebody made my day today! So much that I was literally shaking with excitement for a jolly 10 mins after the phone call and was grinning through the day. :) So thankful for that phone call!
