I find that writing down the daily food intake helps to see if I'm doing good or where I need to work on. Also, it gives an accountability to oneself and also a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. If you are planning to write a food journal on the web, do share the link please. If you don't have one, feel free to post it on the comments section here. We'd love to know how well you did. Mutual inspiration and motivation works very well here, just like how it works in every other part of our lives.
It is not mandatory to write it here or on your own blog. You can decide to keep a paper journal or not to keep one at all. It's completely up to you. The only thing that matters is the commitment to your diet and to yourselves.
Here's where I start right now.

Hopefully, I can move forward at least half way.

Dear Kay, thank you for this inspiring workout program. It feels great to have such good company. Day one started with breakfast talk with the concerned family. Explained the do's and dont's of this plan. They are worried in a typical elders way and but very understanding. Day one went well and here is the
the link.
Thanks again for the inspiration!
Dear Indira, I can imagine how the family must be concerned, esp. the elders, who might have never heard of such crazy diets. :) I sent you an email. You did great for a first timer who has never been on a diet.
hi Kay,
I love the dedication and honesty with which the diet prg is being followed :) it's catching up fast and building links. Kudos to ur silent inspiration and creating health awareness!
